A typical school day. Literacy and Numeracy are the key stones
to all learning at Carina State School. Children are
immersed in literacy and numeracy throughout the school day;
dedicated literacy and numeracy blocks, an integrated studies
unit comprising a combination of all key learning areas, and
specialist lessons. Children have specialist Music and PE
lessons each week as well as library and computer learning time.
Specialist Japanese and Visual Arts are accessed by different
year levels.
